As a business owner, I understand the challenges of attempting to handle all the diverse aspects of a business. I have over 25 years of business experience in bookkeeping, office administration, human resources, and web site management, as well as having created small businesses of my own.
In my position as office manager and human resource director for McCormick Paint Works Company for over 11 years, I supervised the accounts payable and receivable departments, and administered benefits for over 160 employees. In addition, as the company grew, I authored the first employee handbook, and the first company newsletter.
In the mid-1980s, I partnered to establish Libra Printing Company. Operating exclusively from our home, we contracted with over 50 companies to provide custom printed materials.
In 1999, I created Backyard Wings and Water, a retail web business that sold wild bird feeders, houses, and gardening merchandise. I designed and maintained my own web site and shipped goods to customers around the country.
By applying my experience and knowledge to provide administrative and clerical support for your business, my goal is to allow you to concentrate on the more important aspects of growing your company and better serving your customers.
